A course meal made with plenty of seasonal ingredients.

The content changes daily, so here is an example from one day:

■ Appetizer (Hassun appetizer)

Grilled eggplant and tofu, marinated matsutake mushroom and chrysanthemum greens with tempura salmon roe, persimmon and mushrooms with white dressing, grilled Nakasatsunai chicken with purple sweet potato sauce

Smoked Shishamo roe, Ginkgo nuts and maple leaves on a skewer of gluten, Herb-fried snow crab with basil leaves, Walnut egg yolk and mackerel sushi

Assortment of 3 kinds of sashimi (bluefin tuna, sea bream, sea urchin)

【Cancellation policy】

・For course reservations: 100% of the course fee (per person) will be charged from midnight on the day of your visit.

[All-you-can-drink course meal plan]

Add 3,000 yen to each course to enjoy 120 minutes of all-you-can-drink (last order 100 minutes)

*If you exceed the last order time, an additional 1,000 yen will be charged for every 30 minutes.
